MyGolfFaves allows golfers to select which golf courses to receive private offers and allows the golf courses to select which golfers to send the offers.

What is PDMGolf?
We provide golf courses the opportunity to send offers without having to pay high
advertising rates or partner with a mass marketer where they send a losing offer out in
return for discounted revenue and gaining exposure for the golf course.
How is PDMGolf different than traditional marketing?
There is no cost! We create a three-way relationship between golf courses, golfers and
PDMGolf. The golf course increases revenue, the golfer receives great value and
PDMGolf receives a 10% transaction fee. If the offer includes a discount on pro shop
merchandise or in the restaurant, the golf course receives 100% of the transaction.
What is Private Direct Marketing?
A database system that gathers demographic and preference data from diverse groups
of consumers. Businesses of all sizes may send private offers to reach specific
consumers that have selected that business to receive offers. PDM is an alternative to
the marketing opportunities currently available to businesses through advertising,
shotgun mass marketing, direct mail, online ads, email blasts, Amazon, Groupon, etc.
How does the Golf Course increase revenue?
Most offers will give the golfer added value and not a green fee discount. The golf
course has full control of the terms and conditions of the offer and who receives it.
How does the Golf Course create an offer?
Login to your account and then click on the Create Offer button in the top right of
the homepage. The Golf Course decides how long the offer is available, the terms and
conditions, how many Members receive it and the maximum number available. To
avoid Members waiting for the next offer, Golf Courses may exclude all Members that
have purchased an offer in the last 30, 60, 90, 180 or 365 days.
Once the maximum number of offers are purchased or the expiration date occurs, the
offer is automatically removed from all other Member’s accounts. The only offers
saved in a Member’s account are those that the Member purchased and redeemed.
Can the Golf Course change the offer after it is active?

Why is the platform being launched with only regional Golf Courses?
Golfers are an excellent consumer demographic and Golf Courses have limited
success marketing their course. As each tee time passes without any golfers, the Golf
Course’s main product evaporates. PDMGolf gives Golf Courses complete flexibility
to avoid having to offer green fee discounts publicly and through third parties.
How is the PDMGolf database of golfers created?
It is in everyone’s best interest to mutually assist with making golfers aware of
PDMGolf. Using social media posts and advertisements will quickly grow the
database. In addition, PDMGolf provides each newly registered golf course a
promotional email for them to send to the golfers in their database and business card
size introduction cards for the pro shop counter. We strictly protect the privacy of all
our Members and will never ask a golf course for any information related to their
database.

Reasons for MyFanFaves suspending or terminating your account may include, without limitation: (i) breach or violation of these Terms or any Separate Agreement; (ii) an extended period of inactivity (determined in MyFanFaves’ sole discretion) or (iii) unexpected technical or security issues or problems. MyFanFaves’ promise to protect your privacy will continue, even after your death or incapacity.

All claims, legal proceeding or litigation arising in connection with the Services will be brought solely in the federal or state courts located in Carson City County, Nevada, and you consent to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waive any objection as to inconvenient forum.
The failure of MyFanFaves to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. In the event that any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, then that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms of Use remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire Agreement between you and MyFanFaves and govern your use of the Service, except, and then only to the extent that you have entered into a Separate Agreement. These Terms supersede any prior agreements or earlier versions of these Terms between you and MyFanFaves for the use of the Service. If, through accessing or using the Service, you utilize or obtain any product or service from a third party, you may additionally be subject to such third party’s terms and conditions applicable thereto, and these Terms shall not affect your legal relationship with such third party.
As a MyFanFaves Member, you acknowledge and agree that each affiliate or contest sponsor/partner of MyFanFaves shall be a third party beneficiary to these Terms and that such other companies shall be entitled to directly enforce, and rely upon, any provision of these Terms which confers a benefit on (or provides rights in favor of) them. Other than this, no other person or company shall be a third party beneficiary to these Terms.
